Why Sponsor?

There are a number of benefits and features of the various opportunities that are provided by EPICC to sponsors and advertisers. The table below outlines what is provided for each item. In general, our directors seek to balance the needs of the club with the needs of sponsors, advertisers, and venues in a professional manner. If you have questions about any items described here or would like to provide additional benefits, please contact us here to get a clarification or approval from the Board of Directors.

Monthly Business Sponsor $100

As a monthly business sponsor you will receive: 

  • Designated table or spot at event for banner/signage and interact with attendees.

  • Inclusion in all emails leading up to event 

  • Announcement of sponsorship

  • 3 Minutes to tell people about the business

  • Listing on the EPICC website with company logo and information during the month of sponsorship

  • Company logo and information will stay on the EPICC website for at least 12 months after the event on our Past Sponsorship page.

  • Allowed to bring some types of branded materials to the event. Must be approved prior to the event and allowed by the venue.

  • Allowed to provide a raffle/drawing at the door. Must be approved prior to the event and allowed by the venue.

 

The cost to become a business sponsor at one of our monthly networking events is $100. Our business sponsor slots fill up quickly so reserve a future spot soon by contacting us here.

Monthly Non-Profit Sponsor

As a monthly non-profit sponsor you will receive: 

  • Designated table or spot at event for banner/signage and interact with attendees.

  • Inclusion in all emails leading up to event 

  • Announcement of sponsorship

  • 3 Minutes to tell people about the organization

  • Listing on the EPICC website with organization logo and information during the month of sponsorship

  • Organization logo and information will stay on the EPICC website for at least 12 months after the event on our Past Sponsorship page.

  • Allowed to bring some types of branded materials to the event. Must be approved prior to the event and allowed by the venue.

  • Allowed to provide a raffle/drawing at the door. Must be approved prior to the event and allowed by the venue.​
